Spill Response is a half day course (Level I), full day (Level II) or two day (Level III) is designed for in-
house employee first responders. This course is designed to protect workers responding to spills
and limit the potential environmental & financial impacts upon companies.
Using experienced trainers with hands on knowledge, we take students through all aspects of spill
response for hazardous materials in the work environment.
Level I:This is strictly a classroom based program with minimal hands on. This is intended for the
individuals not in the forefront of responding to spills.
Level II:This is intended for the individuals that are handling onsite spills while following their current spill
plan and procedures. We incorporate small to medium size spill (205 L volume estimate) response
techniques.
Level III:This is intended for the individuals that are handling onsite spills while following their current spill
plan and procedures. We incorporate large spills (>205 L volume estimate) response techniques as
outlined below. This program will include proper handling of hazardous waste, dangerous goods,
and other potential risks. We will incorporate a risk assessment relating to spills to evaluate the
potential of an incident.
