Time registration and travel expenses
Time registration: Please record the time of your training participation in your time recording with the actual number of hours, but with a maximum of
8 hours.
Cost centers: 2510 - Participation in internal Academy training courses
2410 - Participation in external Academy training courses
2455 - Participation in individual training courses (agreement with the Academy)
2515 - Conduction of internal training courses (for trainer)
2517 - Conduction of external training courses (for trainer)
Travel time: When participating in a training you may not settle any travel time.
Expenses:When participating in a training you are allowed to account your expenses (insofar you are also allowed to account travel expenses to
the training location).

For trainer
Bonus for trainer:
The times which are recorded on the cost centers 2515 and 2517 are bonus relevant. Here you can record the actual training conduction
as well as the short-termed preparation (e. g. system preparation).
Please note that maximal one third of the actual training conduction can be accepted as preparation time. The time for creating your training material should not be recorded on these cost centers. For this please use the cost center of the respective Practice Group
