§ By May, 2018, the Superintendent will ensure progress of the

implementation of the D34 Classroom Learning Community

(CLC) model and development of internal leadership

capacity to facilitate future teacher development as

measured by: 1.) professional development offered to

teachers; 2.) implementation of the CLC model in

classrooms of the teachers that have been trained; and 3.)

the identification of D34 CLC teacher trainers.
