International Conference SOCO’19
This volume of Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing contains accepted papers presented at SOCO 2019 confe-rence held in the beautiful and historic city of Seville (Spain), in May 2019.
Soft computing represents a collec-tion or set of computational techni-ques in machine learning, computer science and some engineering disci-plines, which investigate, simulate, and analyze very complex issues and phe-nomena.
After a through peer-review process, the 14th SOCO 2019 International Pro-gram Committee selected 57 papers
which are published in these conferen-ce proceedings and represents an ac-ceptance rate of 45%. In this relevant edition a special emphasis was put on the organization of special sessions. Four special session was organized related to relevant topics as: Soft Com-puting Methods in Manufacturing and Management Systems; Soft Compu-ting Applications in the Field of Indus-trial and Environmental Enterprises; Optimization, Modeling and Control by Soft Computing Techniques and Soft Computing in Aerospace, Mechanical and Civil Engineering: New methods and Industrial Applications.

The selection of papers was extremely rigorous in order to maintain the high quality of the conference and we would like to thank the members of the Pro-gram Committees for their hard work in the reviewing process. This is a crucial process to the creation of a high stan-dard conference and the SOCO con-ference would not exist without their help.
SOCO 2019 enjoyed outstanding key-note speeches by distinguished guest speakers: Prof. Dieu Tien Bui (Universi-ty of South-Eastern Norway), Prof. Juan M. Corchado (University of Salaman-ca), Prof. Julien Jacques (University of
Lyon, Lyon, France).
Particular thanks go as well to the con-ference main sponsors, Startup Ole, IEEE-SMC Spanish Chapter who jointly contributed in an active and constructi-ve manner to the success of this initia-tive. We would like to thank all the spe-cial session organizers, contributing authors, as well as the members of the Program Committees and the Local Or-ganizing Committee for their hard and highly valuable work. Their work has helped to contribute to the success of the SOCO 2019 event.

This volume of Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing contains accepted papers presented at CISIS 2019 and ICEUTE 2019, both conferences held in the beautiful and historic city of Seville (Spain), in May 2019.
The aim of the 12th CISIS 2019 con-ference is to offer a meeting opportu-nity for academic and industry-related researchers belonging to the various, vast communities of Computational Intelligence, Information Security, and Data Mining. The need for intelligent, flexible behaviour by large, complex systems, especially in mission-critical domains, is intended to be the catalyst and the aggregation stimulus for the overall event.
After a through peer-review process, the CISIS 2019 International Program Committee selected 20 papers which are published in these conference pro-ceedings achieving an acceptance rate of 30%. In this relevant edition a special emphasis was put on the organization of special sessions. One special ses-sion was organized related to relevant topics as: From the least to the least: cryptographic and data analytics solu-tions to fulfil least minimum privilege and endorse least minimum effort in information systems.
In the case of 10th ICEUTE 2019, the International Program Committee se-lected 15 papers, which are published in these conference proceedings. Two special session were organized related
International Conference CISIS-ICEUTE’19

to relevant topics as: Looking for Came-lot: New Approaches to Asses Compe-tencies; Innovation in Computer Scien-ce Education.
The selection of papers was extremely rigorous in order to maintain the high quality of the conference and we would like to thank the members of the Pro-gram Committees for their hard work in the reviewing process. This is a cru-cial process to the creation of a high standard conference and the CISIS and ICEUTE conferences would not exist wi-thout their help.
CISIS 2019 and ICEUTE 2019 conferen-ces enjoyed outstanding keynote spee-ches by distinguished guest speakers: Prof. Dieu Tien Bui
(University of South-Eastern Norway), Juan M. Corchado (University of Sala-manca) and Prof. Julien Jacques (Uni-versity of Lyon).
Particular thanks go as well to the con-ference main sponsors, Startup Ole, IEEE-SMC Spanish Chapter, The Inter-national Federation for Computational Logic, who jointly contributed in an active and constructive manner to the success of this initiative. We would like to thank all the special session organi-zers, contributing authors, as well as the members of the Program Commit-tees and the Local Organizing Commi-ttee for their hard and highly valuable work. Their work has helped to contri-bute to the success of the CISIS 2019 and ICEUTE 2019 events.

- S E V I L L E C I T Y -Seville is located in the South of Spain. A provincial capital, seat of the gover-nment and parliament of the Comuni-dad Autónoma de Andalucía (Regional Government). It has more than 700,000 inhabitants, nearly half the population of the whole province. The city of Se-ville is located on the plain of the Gua-
dalquivir River which crosses the city from North to South. The river can be navigated from Seville all the way to its outlet near Sanlúcar de Barrameda, on the Atlantic coast. In the past the port of Seville played an important role in commerce between Spain and the Americas and it remains today one of the most active river ports of the Ibe-rian Peninsula.
Situated on the banks of the Guadal-quivir River, Seville has a rich Moorish heritage, and used to be a prosperous port that carried out trade with the Americas. The old town of Sevilla, co-vering almost four square kilometers, is one of the three largest in Europe along with Venice and Genova. The most re-
presentative landmarks of Sevilla are the cathedral, one of the largest ones of Gothic times, with its famous be-ll-tower, La Giralda, reconstructed from the minaret of the original mosque, the Royal Alcazar, developed from a moo-rish palace which displays a beautiful mixture of Mudejar and Renaissance styles, and La Torre del Oro, a defensive barrier on the river to protect the river port.

The streets and squares in the historic quarter of the capital of Andalucía are lively and busy. They are home to many buildings that have the World Heritage designation, and many districts are full of traditional culture, like Triana and La Macarena.
Furthermore, Seville is a prominent bu-siness and service centre in the south of Spain and has many hotels distribu-ted all over the city which enable visi-tors to discover endless attractions. Museums and art centres, theme parks, cinemas, theatres and clubs are some of the many leisure options that a great city like Seville holds. Without forget-ting, of course, the numerous terraces, inns and bars where visitors can prac-tise one of the most deeply-rooted and tasty traditions in the city: “Going out for tapas”.
