• Your patient’s details (name, address, postcode, telephone number, date of birth)

• Patient’s General Practitioner’s details• Product details (name, code, quantity)• Special instructions (cutting/delivery instructions)

That’s it! We will then deliver your patient’s products on time and discreetly, within 48 working hours.*
