Three Basic Rules (3 R’s)

• Be Ready To listen and learn

• Be Responsible Make good choices

• Be Respectful Treat others the way you would want to be treated

Classroom expectations…

When you enter the classroom:1) You will complete the sponge that will be on the board.

2) Have out homework on the upper right hand corner of your desk for me to check

3) Write down homework in agenda

• Spiral notebook with a pocket• Extra Glue Stick • Lots and Lots of PENCILS (NO PENS)

Does homework count as a grade?

• YES, YES, YES

• 2-1-0 system 2-complete

1-half credit 0-not complete

• Homework grade every WEEK!

100% Club

• Any Student who receives a 100 on a test or quiz will receive a 100 dollar Descartes bill.

• If you receive another 100, then you will add a

sticker to that bill.

• The student in all classes who has the most bill with stickers will receive a treat

The Three R’s Challenge

• If you get caught doing one of The Three R’s you will be given a ticket to put into a raffle.

***Every Friday names will be drawn for a prize! ***The challenge will reset for the next week.

Daily Agenda (RECAP)

• Sponge in notebook (use your left side of your spiral notebook)

• Lesson (take notes on the right side of your spiral notebook)

• Write down homework assignment • Ticket out the Door • Clean Up Area
