Use of space
The realization of a lines meeting event is requested. This event must
follow the following guidelines in terms of use of spaces:
DAY ONE: CK JEANS
• Main room with audio and video / 200 seats
• Rooms for four workshop with audio and video / 30 seats each
• Translation system english-italian
• Exposition of 40 total looks
• Cloakroom
• Catering room
• Denim’s dedicated area

DAY TWO: CK UNDERWEAR
• Main room / 170 seats / audio and video / runaway (about 8 mts)
• Translation system English-Italian
• Exposition of 40 looks
• Cloakroom
• Catering room

Brief
The Customer asks to organize a line meeting, different from the
previous ones.
The event must be different as the fashion show will be made only
during the second day and, for the first time, 4 workshops will be realized
contemporaneously.
Some expositive elements have been used many times and new
solutions are requested.

-The event must be a unique experience, positive and unforgettable.
-CK Ambient: minimal and modern
-Presence of the latest technologies, to transmit the feeling of an
always up-to-date company
-Partecipant engagement obtained through technology
-An area dedicated to denim, jeans manufacturing because nothing
of this process has been ever showed to the public
-Presentation of the latest CKJ product so that everybody can buy it –
nobody must go back home without it
Conceptand creative proposals
Concept
CK is a modern company, up-to-date and technologically
advanced, that, sometimes ,has still in the production of its articles,
especially the jeans, an antique tradition with fascinating and traditional
features.
The communication concept will perfectly represent these two souls
that, even if apparently opposite to each other, coexist in a company
such as CK: technology and craftmanship. Techno Tradition.
graphic games
The techno tradition concept mixes together the technology and
the tradition of the denim production.
All the electronic materials in the event must be built with the latest
technologies and really cutting edge. Everything must suggest that the
future for CK is now, but with a strong link to the heritage of the brand.
With a loop of graphic games, vidiwalls, monitors, iPads show
continuously inspired and appealing videos and images that blend
sketches of emotional videoart with clips of the craftmanship proper of
the past but still in use.
music
Music is also an important tool to convey the techno tradition concept,
of course.
Like videos, music must blend an electronic mood with an ancestral
feeling.
It’s a mix of a ultramodern and smooth style with classical and
traditional sounds.

In the space dedicated to the denim, a video will be projected in
loop that will be seen through a cascade of water.
