Christ for the world we sing, the world to Christ we bring with loving zeal!

The poor, and them that mourn, the faint and overborne, sin-sick and sorrow worn, whom Christ doth heal.

CHRIST FOR THE WORLD

Christ for the world we sing! The world to Christ we bring, with fervent prayer;

The wayward and the lost, by restless passions tossed, redeemed at countless cost, from dark despair.

THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CAN BE REACHED!

It is up to us to find them! The “hearer” is being tested!

• If he rejects the message he has failed, not us.

• We fail when we do not present him with the truth!

We are responsible for planting not the harvest.

IT IS IMPERATIVE TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT!

The Great Success Story! • Col. 1:23 > “which was

preached to every creature under heaven”

• Acts 19:10 > “so that all who dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.”

IT IS IMPERATIVE TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT!

Acts 14:21-23 > And when they had preached the gospel to that city and made many disciples, they returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch, 22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, "We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God." 23 So when they had appointed elders in every church, and prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed.

Won to Win No missionary societies, no

sponsoring churches, no extra-congregational organization for evangelism. • But the Gospel spread to the whole world!• Key: Not activating the universal church,

but activating individual Christians!

IT IS IMPERATIVE TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT!

We are worried and hindered too much with the externals. • Nice buildings, smooth professional

appearance, polished presentations. • All suggests that the power is in us!• Many are converted to these!

The power is in the gospel and IT will only save ONE kind of person!• “love the truth” – 2 Thess. 2:10

IT IS IMPERATIVE TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT!

The power is the same Man is the same Obstacles are the same Are we sowing? Acts 4:18 Acts 2:22,41; 4:4; 5:42; 6:1,7 Live in a free land!
