How much does the broker get?How much does the broker get?

• We take a fee called a “discount”, starting as low as $150$150.  

• The discount usually ranges between 5%‐12% of the commission depending on the time betweencommission depending on the time between advance and closing.  A typical fee is 8% for 1 month.

• No other advance company offers a true grace period.

• A different contract can also be substituted during the grace period.

• The broker can assign the proceeds of a different contract receivable to Commission Express.

• If the broker does not have additional transactions, Commission Express will work to develop a payment lplan.
