Instructionsforco-applicants:HowtouploadyourCCVtoanIDGapplication

First,createyourSSHRCCanadianCommonCVandobtainaconfirmationnumber.Oncethatstageiscomplete,andyouhavereceivedanemailwithaninvitationtoparticipateasaco-applicantonanIDGapplication,theseinstructionswillguideyouthroughthestepsforacceptingtheinvitationanduploadingyourCCVtoanIDGapplication.Step1:OpentheemailtitledInvitationtoparticipate.LogintotheResearchPortalbycreatinganewprofileorsigninginwithyourexistingcredentials.

Step2:AlinktotheAcceptInvitationpageisprovidedintheemailmessage.Accepttheinvitationbyclickingonthe“AcceptInvitation”button.

Step3:YouwillbetakentotheTermsandConditionspagenext.Scrollallthewaydowntotheconsentbuttons,andclickon“IAccept”.

Step4:Aconfirmationandalinktotheapplicationwillappearnext.Clickonthehyperlinkedword“application”inthegreenbox.

Step5:Next,youwillbeaskedtoreviewyourprofile.Ifalltheinformationisaccurate,clickon“SaveProfile”atthebottom.

Step6:Afteryouhavesavedyourprofile,youwillstillbeonyourprofilepage,butagreenboxwillhaveappearedatthetopofthepage.Scrollallthewaytothetopofthepage,andinthegreenbox,clickonthe“BacktoWelcomePage”button.

Step7:TheWelcomePageshouldnowlistyouasaco-applicantontheInsightDevelopmentApplicationintheApplicationsbox.Click“Open”togototheApplicationOverviewpage.

Step8:IntheApplicationOverview,youwillbelistedasaparticipant,andtherewillbeaboxtitled“CanadianCommonCVsUploaded”.Click“Upload”togototheCCVuploadpage.

Step9:OntheCanadianCommonCVUploadpage,intheboxtitled“AddNewCanadianCommonCV”,entertheconfirmationnumberinthespaceprovidedandclick“Upload”.Thenclickon“BacktoApplicationOverview”.

Step10:IntheApplicationOverview,click“Submit”toattachyourCCVtotheapplication.TheApplicationOverviewshouldnowshowagreencheckmarknexttoyournameunder“Status”.
