DESCRIPTION
Ecowood WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) terbuat dari bahan terbuat dari 70% limbah kayu pengergajian hutan dan 30% aditif dan plastik. Limbah kayu pengergajian dikumpulkan dan diproses menjadi tepung kayu. Kemudian dicampur dengan resin plastik daur ulang, kemudian dicampur dengan pigmen warna sehingga menghasilan pelet lebih dari 20 warna. Pelet ini kemudian diproses untuk dibuat menjadi berbagai produk dari berbagai warna melalui proses ekstrusi panas. Seluruh proses ini menghasilkan ecowood yang sangat kuat, tahan lama, tahan terhadap serangga, rayap, air, api, segala cuaca, korosi laut dan bisa dicat seperti katu pada umumnya. Ecowood GRM dapat digunakan untuk dekorasi arsitektur eksterior, interior seperti luar panel dinding, decking, panel celling, atap, Louver, lantai dan bahkan bisa membangun seluruh rumah dengan ecowood. What is ecowood WPCEcowood is a WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) material made from 70% plantation forest wood and 30% addi tives and Plastic.
The 70% wood part of BP-WPC is from plantation grown wood. Sawmill waste is collected and turned into wood flour. It is then combined with virgin and/or recycled plastic resin, and blended with pigments to make pellets of more than 20 different colours. These pellets are then combined to make a range of products of various colours through a heated extrusion process. The elements and the way they are combined makes Biowood a very durable, stable, attractive, easy to use, recyclable building product.
Ecowood WPC can use for interior and exterior architectural decoration such as outdoor wall panelling, indoor wall panelling, celling panel, roofing, louver, flooring, decking, Skirting and much more.

GRM PROCESSGRM Pellet is composed of wood powder from virgin spruce tree, resin and addictive, the powder are mixed to a dough- like consistency and then extruded out to form GRM Pellet.
