Artist who’s paintings, drawings, and sculpture’s are

informed by, based on, inspired by or otherwise fueled by cartoon or comic book imagery have been dominating the commercial and increasingly the fine art world since the new millennium kicked in over ten years ago. The oldest members of the movement grew up with shag carpet and Saturday morning cartoons, while the youngest consider Cow and Chicken and Dexter’s Laboratory “classics”, but all the artist’s in this group are inspired in some form by the simple power of the cartoon line.
