Board and ManagementFrank Carr: (Executive Chairman). Mr Carr has been engaged in company management and direction for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in corporate advisory and business recovery activities, has directed many initial public offerings and stock
exchange listings in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. His companies have received numerous technical, export achievement, management, and marketing awards. He is the recipient of the Australian Entrepreneur of the Year Award, holds master's degrees in both business administration and economics and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and the Institute of Directors
(UK). Mr Carr has funded the development, acquisitions, and exploration activities of the company and its tenements from 1994 to IPO. He is currently chairman of several public companies. Brian Martin: (Non Executive Director). Dr Martin received his primary degree and doctorate in geochemistry from the University of
Manchester. He spent two years as a research scientist with the CSIRO and he has served in the Economic Policy Section of the Australian Foreign Service. He worked with the United Nations Environment Programme, helping to establish the Global Environmental Monitoring System. In 1979 he became a Research Fellow with the Rockefeller Foundation at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology and Harvard University. Dr Martin has acted as an independent consultant in many mine and exploration assessments and has provided reports in numerous merger and takeover situations. Victor Webb: (Non Executive Director). Mr Webb joined Dow Jones in the United Kingdom as a journalist and was later appointed
Vice President of the Dow Jones International Group and was the founding Director of Nikkei International Ltd, Tokyo. He has also served as a director of the Far Eastern Economic Review, the South China Morning Post and the Straits Times of Singapore. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Asian and European editions of the Wall Street Journal. Mr Webb represented the World
Gold Council for over ten years. Based in New York, Mr Webb is currently President of the international communications group, Marston Webb International, and his clients include major government and private organisations. Bevan Jaggard: (Company Secretary). Mr Jaggard has over 30 years’ experience in the fields of project management and business
development both for local government and in his own right. He is an experienced company director and secretary and has served local communities in many capacities in business and charitable associations. As Project Manager, Mr Jaggard has also directed the drilling and exploration activities of the company for many years .
Peter Paterson: (Consulting Geologist). Mr Paterson is a graduate in Applied Geology from the Ballarat school of Mines and Industries in 1976 and a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). Mr Paterson is a geologist with 20 years’ experience having started working with Western Mining Corporation in 1981 in gold mining and exploration. In 1986 he joined
Fimiston Mining NL as Project Geologist and in 1987 Windsor Resources NL as Senior Exploration Geologist responsible for the Black Flag Project and discovery of several gold mines. In 1993 he established his own Geological Consulting & Contracting Business based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and has since worked for many public and private companies in gold and nickel
exploration. He has considerable experience in project development and evaluation .
