Structural frame built using conventional structural steel, steel joists and decking, metal stud framing, and pre-cast concrete walls (storm shelter). Exterior veneer included insulated metal panels, CMU block and brick masonry, aluminum storefront windows and doors, and modified bitumen roofing.
