Prerequisites to application

• A Team of minimum 2 and maximum 5 member.• Can consult and introduce your friends, seniors and Juniors for your

team members

• Profit sharing, work allocation and work monitoring of your own Team will be handled by YOU only.

• We shall provide you with the tools, guidelines, insights and resources to monitor them. CB shall not interfere in your working and team handling.

• All Team members have to fill “JOIN US” form

• If one council already exist in your respective college NO Second council shall ever be created by us without your approval.

Tasks To Be Accomplished

• It is advisable to allocate different sections for continual updating to different Council Members

• You are required to update different sections of site like:• Latest Question Papers• Fest Photos/Videos• Time Tables and Schedules• Latest College Notifications• Notes and E liabrary (as per the need)

• Keep Classroom section active, via regular postings and app usage

• Initiative can be taken and various events under “Societies” section can be launched to gain publicity and get more students involved.

UPDATING SITE

Tasks To Be Accomplished

• Spread word about CB among your college students

• Tell your friend. Ask them to tell their friends and so on

• Publicize at Facebook and other social sites

• Publicize your campus portal via SMS

• Pin Posters, provided by us, at different popular spots at your college campus

• Start group activities at Societies and inform your friends to join them

• Start using Classroom for regular class updates

• Regular participation at CB’s Fanpage and CB groups

• Regular posts at various Classroom apps
