El Telefono:
In Spanish there are two different simple past tenses. The Preterite tense, which we have already discussed, is used to state an action that began and ended at a specific time in the past.
The other Simple past tense is called the Imperfect.
The imperfect tense is used to describe a habitual or repeated action in the past. The exact times when the action began and ended are not important. These are the forms of regular –AR Verbs in the imperfect.
