How do we make butter?
Long ago we did not have factories to make butter in.
We had to make it by hand.
Butter starts with cream.
You put the cream in a churn.
To make the butter you have to mix the cream around in the churn.
After a while the cream separates into buttermilk and butter.
The buttermilk is drained and used for cooking.
The butter is shaped using the patters
The butter is now ready!!
