"This is an abridged story of a typical day in the life of an upper middle class well to do family , living in an independent bungalow in Gurgaon, who came to us at BSIL with a very strange request – We are a Lazy Family – Can you help us – Far from lazy they were a very hard working couple , but we managed to get them a lot of free time to spend on their hobbies and interests.

6. AM – Mrs. X receives a call from the servants entrance - a short sleepy push of a button on her phone and the door opens Automatically. 

6.30 AM – All the house curtains and blinds open Automatically flooding the entire house with morning sunshine.

6.45 AM Mr. & Mrs. X wake up listening to their favorite music , while the children wake up to their songs and not to forget the bhajans in the grandparents room which incidentally all started Automatically instead of the irritating alarm clock,

7. AM By the time they have had their morning tea, sitting on the front porch watching the water sprinkler system which incidentally switches on automatically every morning at 6, their hot water bath is ready as the water heating system had incidentally also switched on automatically

8.15 AM - On route to office – Mrs. X suddenly remembers that she might have forgotten to switch off the Sons Room Lights and AC. A short grunt from Mr. X who pulls out his IPAD – Opens the Home Remote App and two minutes later both are off, Automatically. 

12 PM – A frantic call by Mrs. X to her husband – Hi I am sorry have to go for a Hair Cut appointment please supervise the house cleaning, maid is at the door....and the cook seems to have gone to the market....before he can react the phones off.

12.05 – Mr. X has no choice he opens the Video Door Phone App on his smart phone , looks at the person at the door and a press of the button later the main house entrance door opens - Automatically allowing the cleaning lady to enter. 

A few seconds later the entire house is clearly visible on his computer screen.

A fact clearly known to the maid which deters her from doing anything which she is not supposed to.

3-PM Kids start returning home, parents are not worried about remembering to leave the house keys under the mat, children just feed in the code/or show their thumb on the smart lock and they are in.

7.30 PM Mr.& Mrs. X return home tired , its dark outside, no worries as soon as they near the house the PIR Sensors detecting their cars presence open the main gate and switch on the external lights guiding them safely into the house.

The same happens when they enter any room of the house – no blind groping for the light switch.

Mrs. X, who loves a well lit house and a specific room temperature walks to the LCD Touch screen /uses her smart phone and a single touch later the entire house gets lit up , the blinds close and the air-conditioning comes on , all preprogrammed to exactly her specifications.

8.30 – The entire family sit down to a sumptuous dinner – where the controlled lighting adds to the mood of the occasion , again all done by a single press of a button.

9.30 – After dinner the family head to the living room to watch a movie. A single touch on the IPAD and the living room gets converted into a makeshift Home Theatre – Lights Dim-Motorized screen opens up – Projector hidden in the false ceiling descends – Sound system comes on and the chosen movie begins all even before they have sat down. No need to be like the other character…….

10.30 – Ready to sleep – Everyone retired to their respective rooms. Mr. X checks the entire house lighting on his IPAD , switches off the unwanted lights and fans , and arms the security system of the house.

He can sleep peacefully as he knows that as soon as any person tries to intrude into his home the security system will switch on the external lights along with a loud hooter and a call will be made to the nearest police station and security guard company……Automatically.
