Teaching Protocol 1) Break into small groups (3 - 4 persons ea.) 2) Tell audience there will be questions 3) Tell them there will be prizes for correct answers
Use the 4-Step Teaching Process A) Present 5 to 10 minutes of material B) Small Group discussion on topic C) Crosscheck for understanding D) Repeat process

• Makes it easy for instructor to ID those having problems and thus allows instructor to craft on-the-spot learning remedies before proceeding.
