Committee Reports
The following MLS Committee recommendations were approved: Matrix suggested a Twitter Feed widget to use for a Bulletin Board. Committee
discussed pros and cons and recommends asking Matrix again to put in a second widgetsimilar to the Board News which would allow agents to post a message (no pop-up)which would stay on for one week. There is some risk that an agent could edit ordelete another agent’s message.
Ask agent’s to try the CMA through RPR before looking at third party billablealternative CMA programs
Deny the request to develop “suggested” values for the CMA adjustment factors Deny the request to add another virtual tour field for drone videos Have the system automatically calculate the “Apx Tot SqFt” by adding “Apx Fin SqFt”
and Apx Unfin SqFt”. Consider adding a tab in Listing Input for all of the dock/seawall, etc. Information
The following MLS Committee recommendations were not approved: Deny the request to add Laclede County GIS to the list of links. This is being referred
by to the committee for further consideration Add “DOM” to the portal. Because this information is sometimes misleading, the BOD
did not want it added to the portal. Establish April 30 as the date to turn off agent access to Innovia. The discussion was
to keep Innovia active for agents through the summer and establish a Septembercutoff date.
