ABOUT CN3D DESIGN TEAM GENERAL CONTRACTORS TRADE CONTRACTORS OWNERS
Scott Adams said it best (creator of Dilbert); there are a limited amount of people inventing new tools but not many
showing us how to use them. We are left to follow suit, with limited instructions. At Cn3D Construction, we have noticed the gap between technology that helps us build better and the implementation of those tools. We are here to fill that gap. We are an exceptional team that enjoys teaching
and sharing information.

BECAUSE ITS NOW OR NEVER. Project delivery methods are changing, lean construction is more than a class in school and the cloud is dominating computing. Add BIM to the big picture and there is a lot
changing; it's time to adjust your business model. We know just how to help you adopt, implement and integrate.
BECAUSE WE TRAIN YOUR IN-HOUSE STAFF.
Your employees are your greatest asset and we think there is no better way to reward them than promotion
from within. We help create Technology Guru's and BIM Director's.

CLOUD CONSULTING PROPOSAL PRECONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION CLOSE-OUT
D E S C R I P T I O N :
Two words to describe the cloud are ‘organized’ and ‘instant’. Information is more valuable than gold in this business; the cloud gets you what you need, when you need it. Companies that grow in today's economy consistently base their processes on best practices. The quickest way for a company to be consistent is with project management software, because every process has a set course of actions. If you ask most people everyone has their own way of doing things and they use at least 4 different programs to do it. Project Management solves this; the only confusion is picking one. There are so many, Cn3D helps you choose what fits you best.
P O T E N T I A L VA L U E :
Unlimited storage.

LEAN CONSTRUCTION PLANNING PROPOSAL PRECONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION CLOSE-OUT
D E S C R I P T I O N :
Lean Construction is a blend of operational study and practical development in design and construction. It gained its foundations from lean manufacturing principles. However, unlike manufacturing, construction presents a unique circumstance that all projects are one-of-a-kind. Even the same store (adapt-build) will be built by different people, in a different location and environment. Lean Construction focuses on workflows and consistency. With the new advents in technology it is critical for all firms to examine their business model and take full advantage technology. This often requires drafting new workflows and putting new systems in place.
P O T E N T I A L VA L U E :
Make procedures leaner saving time, resources and sanity.
Work more efficiently as a team.
Create consistent, tested procedures.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROPOSAL PRECONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION CLOSE-OUT
D E S C R I P T I O N :
Design and Construction starts out in the planning stage and then evolves into execution. A consistent process or workflow for every to do item is how a project is set up to succeed. If you went to all your employees today, and asked how they tracked changes or gathered submittals, are the methods consistent? A single platform management system with consistent methods increases productivity and quality.
Cn3D Construction supports Procore, a cloud-based construction management software. Procore offers a secure management platform for all types of construction projects including industrial plants, office buildings, apartment buildings,
university facilities, retail centers and more. Built for general contractors, owners, architects, construction management firms, specialty contractors, engineering firms and subcontractors, Procore improves project communication and collaboration.
P O T E N T I A L VA L U E :
Intuitive and easy to use interface.
Unlimited users, data storage, training, and support.
Accessible from any web browser, tablet, or smartphone.
Secure, automatic real-time backups of project data.
Enhance project team collaboration with a single platform.
All product updates are included at no additional cost.
“All things are created twice; first
mentally and then physically.
They key to creativity is to begin
