Village of Kronenwetter News
The Village of Kronenwetter has seen an incredible increase in the number of new single family home starts in 2016. They have already topped 50 single family home starts and expect that number to continue to grow over the next months and into next year. A resurgence in the residential home market has led to residential developers bringing forward four subdivisions to the Village in the last two years. The Everest Woods Subdivision (Denyon Homes) and Sunny Meadows Subdivision Third Addition (SJM Builders) are both already over half built out after only starting to move dirt this spring. The Village expects to see the Fox Ridge Subdivision (Denyon Homes) and the Second Addition to the Forest Haven Subdivision (Mark Stroik) to start construction in 2016.
The Village currently has a number of single family home lots located in the beautiful Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision posted for sale on a first come, first served basis ranging starting at $10,000. The Timber Creek Crossing Subdivision is located in the southwestern portion of the Village, south of Maple Ridge Road. These half acre plus lots offer plenty of room to build and convenient access to Interstate 39 less than a mile away. The Village is excited to welcome new residents while at the same time ensuring the new development will be harmonious with the existing homes in the area.
