elastic_LIVING by Angelo Roventa® erster Einsatz im sozialen Wohnbau "Schlossbräu" Dornbirn, April 2014

Im Zuge eines Neu- und Umbauprojektes in Dornbirn wurde erstmals das neue Wohnkonzept elastic_LIVING® im sozialen Wohnbau eingesetzt. Seit April 2014 wird elastic_LIVING® von einem Mieter bewohnt. Der Mieter betonte die positive Erfahrung mit der neuen Wohnform, insbesondere das Raumangebot, die zahlreichen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten und die variable Raumgestaltung. Die Verschiebung der Module wäre vergleichbar mit der Aktion eines Funktionswechsels, wenn man eine Drehtür im konventionellen Grundriss begeht, wo die angebotene starre Geometrie des Raumes zu wechseln ist. Ist er allein, sind alle Module in einer Tages- oder Nachtposition, hat er Besuch, steht das voll möblierte Wohnzimmer in seinem ganzen Ausmaß zur Verfügung. Wie in einer konventionellen Wohnung, hat der Besucher nur in die vom Nutzer bestimmten Funktionsbereiche Zutritt.
