What is the Global Assessment Tool (called the “GAT”) survey? This survey allows you to assess yourself on the dimensions of emotional, spiritual, social, and family fitness. You will navigate through 6 screens, which contain approximately 100 questions. The survey will take about 10-20 minutes of your time and at the end you will be presented with a rapid estimate of your individual fitness in the above listed dimensions.
