Architecture
Barker Associates work with a wide spectrum of clients developing a range of exciting projects. Our experience includes educational, commercial, community and private developments. Whether it is the way we learn, work, or relax at home, by understanding the function of the project, we can design ideas that enhance quality of life. Building Surveying
Barker Associates is adept at working in all sectors of the Building Surveying profession. From Domestic Homebuyer Reports and Commercial Property Surveying to arranging and managing specialist consultancy surveys such as Structural, Mechanical and Electrical, we are able to offer our clients a full range of Building Surveying services.
For clients acquiring a single residential property or a portfolio of properties our Building Surveying team has a breadth of knowledge and technical expertise. We offer a comprehensive range of professional and due diligence advice for our clients including Mortgage and Market valuations,
Homebuyer Reports and Full Building Surveys. Whether it concerns initial pathology and defect analysis or regulation compliance and health & safety, we provide a complete and detailed assessment.
For commercial clients letting a property or acquiring a lease or freehold, commercial premises require careful assessment taking into consideration the implications of lease covenants. Without considering the limitations and liabilities imposed by statute and case law, acquiring a lease can become confusing, time-consuming and risky. Barker Associates offer pre-acquisition
consultancy for landlords and tenants in order to protect them against unforeseen liabilities. Our Commercial Surveying team can provide condition schedules, lease review and dilapidation schedules and advice. We aim to provide a reliable and comprehensive range of services to support the individual requirements of our clients.
