THE PROCESS
• High-strength TRS (Titanium Rich Steel) plates are manufactured specially for the GFS production
• Shot blasting removes outer surface of steel and oil residues• Rolling, bending, laser cutting…• Machine auto-sprayed in chambers with high quality glaze imported
from Germany• Thickness of glaze depends on the final application (storage
medium) and varies between 0.25 and 0.45 mm• Firing is in a continuous tunnel oven at 800 – 900 degreesC
• Joint between the enamel and the steel is in a molten state, ensuring perfect and total adhesion between these materials
