UNIFORM TURN-IN
• SENIORS
– Your uniform turn-in is 11 May 12 at 1100hrs unless
• You are required to wear your uniform for events between 12 -25 May 12
• Your uniform turn-in will be the next school day after your event
• Non returning cadets
– You are a non returning cadet if
• You WILL not be returning in SY 12-13
• You MIGHT be returning SY 12-13
• Your turn-in date is 15 May 12 unless
• You are required to wear you uniform for events 16- 25 May 12
• Your uniform turn-in will be the next school day after your event

UNIFORM TURN-IN• Returning Cadets
– You are authorized to keep your uniform You must however store it in the JROTC Logistics Room• Bring your uniform items on 18 May
2012 unless–You will be performing in events
throughout the summer–Your turn-in date will be the 3rd day of
school 2012
UNIFORM TURN-IN• All Non-returning Cadets
– Do not clean your uniform– Do not turn in the white T Shirt, socks,
shoes or shirt garters– Do remove all nametags insignia badges
and cords– Do bring in all items issued to you
except those previously listed– Do bring cash or check to pay for items
you have lost
UNIFORM TURN-IN• All Non-returning Cadets (con’t)
– All items must be accounted for
– Seniors will not get their clearances signed if missing items are not paid for OR returned
– All cadets get to keep their ribbons and nametags but not the ribbon bar
– Drill team members keep all their nametags, one standard issue ribbon rack, 2 belt buckles, shirt garters and a belt
UNIFORM TURN-IN• All Returning Cadets (regardless of the
day you turn-in your uniform)– Must DRY CLEAN all uniform items– Leave the dry cleaned items in the dry
cleaning bag with the receipt attached to the bag
– Turn-in Low Quarters w/black socks in a box with your name marked on it
– If you were never issued BDU’s don’t turn them in
– Yes you need to dry clean the BDU’s for turn-in
UNIFORM TURN-IN• All cadets
– You must account for every item issued
– If you don’t have it you must purchase it
• Most uniform items can be purchased on-line, at a military installation or surplus store
–The purchased item must meet USAF and AFJROTC specification
–Contact the ASI for questions regarding the procurement of these items
– In the case of PT gear, JROTC PT gear which is available on-line is an acceptable replacement for lost USAF PT gear
