1. Remove planned treatment that becomes obsolete Any faculty can remove planned treatment from the record. It is easier to include a procedure in the original treatment plan that may not be done as the procedure to delete it is so simple.

2. Timeliness of data entry policy

AXIUM SUPPORT FOR EHR MANAGEMENT

I will be in touch with Program Directors to schedule training during January. All residency programs will participate in Treatment Planning training.

I will solicit a number of pertinent treatment plans to be used during the training from each program director.

Other departmental faculty are welcome to attend those sessions.

Departments can also schedule faculty training if desired.

All new faculty and part-time faculty must be scheduled for training.
