Level of DeploymentThe practice was clearly understood and consistently
implemented by the Registrar’s office since 2014 up to present.We are already in our fourth (4th) year of implementation thisacademic year and as we go on with the good practice everyyear, the Registrar’s personnel became highly motivated andfulfilled for they became an instrument for the UPHSLgraduates in their journey towards a new phase in their lifewhich is to become part of the corporate world.
Innovation Awarding of Diplomas during graduation day is
already being practiced by majority of the schools. Butawarding of the Diplomas and Transcripts of Recordson graduation day is an innovation made by UPHSL.
Best Practice Performance
Received positive feedback from graduates and parentsGraduates can save time and money for they no longer need
to go back to their alma mater to request for their Diplomasand Transcript of Records.
Graduates can immediately look for a job and be hired rightafter graduation since they already have their Diploma and TOR
Customers
Registrar’s personnel can now focused on their dailytransactions plus the enrollment preparations
Lessened the stress and the effort that the staff needs to exertSaved the University’s energy and money because there is no
more unlimited overtime work.

Review/Next Steps PlannedThe practice could be sustained as there will be
cooperation between the signatories of the mentioneddocuments. As long as there are dedicated, hardworking,efficient, and effective personnel of the Registrar’s department,the job will always be possible.
The possible improvement that can be done is to lessenthe number of signatories for the Transcript of Records.
