Appointed to the AVEVA Executive in 2010, Mat provides leadership on all aspects of AVEVA’s growth strategy including strategic planning, partnerships, organisational development and acquisitions. Mat’s responsibilities also cover Marketing and brand management. He has held several management roles in AVEVA, including leading the AVEVA NET business unit and the global business development function.

Gary has a Mechanical Engineering background. He has been involved in 3D laser scanning from its inception in the late 1990s, initially undertaking projects delivering data and 3D models. These included ground-breaking work with Volvo and a huge scanning project for Fluor/TCO in Kazakhstan. Today Gary works closely with customers in many industries, helping them use 3D data capture technology to increase productivity and using their feedback to advance the performance of AVEVA’s innovative LFM software solution.

Derek is responsible for AVEVA's investor communications strategy and also playing an integral role in the development of the company via M&A, reporting to the CFO. He joined AVEVA having gained broad experience of both the buy-side and sell-side of the investment industry. Derek has held senior positions at a number of leading global investment firms over the past twenty years, and prior to taking up his current position he was Head of Investor Relations for a leading FTSE 100 software company
