What is an ERP ?

• An ERP is an integrated software which enhance the business process.• It is used to collect, store, manage and interpret data from many

business activities.

Background

• Proficient ERPs are very expensive and unaffordable for most of the universities in Pakistan.• ERP implemented in IBA ease the work load of administration as well

as students.• This gave us an idea of implementing ERP in other universities of

Pakistan.

• We plan to implement Audio/Video conference with text, screen and file sharing among class.• We also plan to introduce a One Card System.• A person’s card (student, teacher, employee etc.) will perform all the activities

of that person.• Activities may include:

• We are planning to reside it on cloud from amazon.
