PROJECT STATEMENT

COMPANY:

The Artful Dodger is a tattoo shop that was established in 2009 by Lucky B. Lucky has been a professional in the industy for 12 years and has been working locally for the past 4 years. He owns the ADT shop which is currently located in the Seattle neighborhood: Capitol Hill.

PROBLEM:

The ADT shop is in need of a consistent apppearance. Their existing look is unpredictable and creates an unfamiliarity with the audience. ADt lacks a networking for bringing in new clients. They also wish to create awareness of their appearance at the Seattle Tattoo Expo.

OPPORTUNITY:

Create a clear appearance for the ADT shop to be noticed while creating a path for new customers.

SOLUTION:

Create a clear and consistent appearance throughout. Posters will be created to promote the event of the Seattle Tatto Expo highlighting The Artful Dodger Tattoo shop. Direct mail pieces will be sent to local homes in a 2 miles radius of the shop that offer exclusive discounts. At the expo, ADT will offer a “promo pack” to each customer that gets a tattoo which includes: a limited edition t-shirt, aftercare book-let, and ointment. Bring a Friend promotions will also be present at the expo. These will offer customers the chance to visit the local shop with a friend and both will recieve 20% any custom tattoo. A sticker set is also available for the audience to pick up for free while visiting the ADT booth at the expo event.
