Screening of Benzofuran Pyran Compounds on palmitate induced lipotoxic in vitro

model

Compound 4j, neither increases the cell viability nor osteoblast differentiation (Fig.S1A and

B). Compound 4k enhanced cell viability at 500pm and 1.0µM (Fig.S1C) but failed to

enhance osteoblast differentiation in presence of palmitate (Fig.S1D).
