For many people, relationshipsare the most rewarding andsometimes the most challenging

and painful of human experiences. Our first role models for relationshipsare usually our parents. And, beforeyou decide to blame your parents foryour failed relationships, rememberthey got their relationship “software”from their parents who got theirs fromtheir parents, and so on. Blaming yourparents or others for your relationshipdifficulties just reinforces the prob-lem. When you blame others for yourproblems you establish and/or rein-force a victim mentality at thesubconscious level. This program saysthat other people and forces controlyour life. With beliefs like that, it’seasy to see why you might attractpeople and situations that make lifedifficult. The subconscious mind issimply programmed to recognize andattract what is familiar, not necessar-ily what is desirable. When you listall the qualities you want in a rela-tionship partner, be sure that youpossess those qualities yourself inorder to attract them.

Many people are stunned tolearn that most of our behavioral andthought patterns are directed by thesubconscious mind, not the con-scious. In fact, according toEmmanuel Donchin, Director of theLaboratory for Cognitive Psychophysi-ology at the University of Illinois, “Asmuch as 99% of cognitive activity

may be nonconscious.” Which means,we spend most of our time subcon-sciously responding to life rather thanconsciously creating it.

“The missing link between goodintentions and effective actions is theability to align subconscious beliefswith conscious goals,” adds PSYCH-Koriginator Robert M. Williams, MA,author of PSYCH-K, The MissingPeace in Your Life.

How PSYCH-K worksPSYCH-K™ (Psychological Kinesiol-ogy) helps people to communicatedirectly with both the conscious andthe subconscious minds, so they canchange old, sabotaging beliefs into

that prevent them from accomplishingtheir goals.

The beliefs in a person’s memoryare patterns of energy held in anelectromagnetic field. When the field isdisturbed the pattern changes. A patternof energy held in a computer for 30years can be altered or deleted just asquickly as a pattern that has been inthe computer for 30 minutes! So it iswith the mind. It is all about how toalter the pattern, not about how longthe pattern has been there. Traditionaltalk therapy relies on insight as theprimary means of trying to change thepattern. Unfortunately, the subcon-scious mind is not “wired” for logic asits preferred communication system. Itis sensory based and it responds muchbetter to non-linear rituals for change.

PSYCH-K helps you quickly andeasily communicate directly withyour subconscious mind, and whileusing whole- brain integration tech-niques, identify subconscious beliefsthat perpetuate old habits and behav-iors that you would like to change toimprove your relationships withyourself and others, in just minutes. This process transcends the standardmethods of visualizations, affirmations, will power, and positivethinking. The simple techniqueslearned can be used anytime, any-where, in as little as 3-5 minutestime, giving you empowerment overthe direction of your life.

Most importantly, PSYCH-Kempowers people to release thepainful past, embrace a joyful futureand create long lasting relationships.

Over the 28 years of my counsel-ing practice, I’ve tried severaltechniques to help my clients, but stilldidn’t see very satisfactory results.I’ve found that PSYCH-K is the mosteffective, quickest and simple to use“whole- brain” technique to makepositive, permanent changes in myclient’s lives.
