Vincaffe blends a mix of retail and leisure concepts into one exciting venue. The ground floor shop is packed with Italian food and wine while alongside a café operates from early morning to late into the evening. On the first floor a luxurious restaurant with private dining, wine tasting and bar areas cater for visitors from lunchtime to the early hours.

With so many different areas functioning together across a normal trading day, the staff at Vincaffe make use of an Evolution System by Mode Lighting to provide localized scene setting control of the lighting.

The Astronomical timeclock within Evolution is programmed to provide subtle scene changes automatically throughout the day at fixed times or in relation to sunrise and sunset, making the most of the daylight streaming in through the full height glass windows and doors at the entrance to Vincaffe. A conveniently located control plate allows the manager to advance scene changes ifrequired or to halt automatic scene changes in each area if needed for a special event or private party.
