APPLE II Apple II introduced on April 16, 1977. It was represented to the public at the first WEST COAST COMPUTER
FAIRE. On the first day of exhibition, Jobs introduced Apple II to a Japanese
chemist named Toshio Mizushima who became the first authorized Apple dealer in Japan.

Job Leaves the Apple - 1985 In 1985, a power struggle developed between Jobs and CEO John Sculley, who had been
hired two years earlier.The Apple board of directors instructed Sculley to "contain" Jobs and limit his ability to
launch expensive forays into untested products. Jobs resigned from Apple and founded NeXT Inc. the same year.
