Center the Command Module ( capsule) with the Service Module following the red lines.
Center the small rectangle at the bottom of the cylinder with the small circle in the middle of the panel.

The assembly steps for the Soyuz can be obtained from the main Soyuz and Progress instruction manuals at my website.Steps shown here only apply to the Soyuz 19 characteristics.
Before gluing the floor, an extra wall has to be added perpendicular to the solar array wall. This will make it easier to glue the floor flat.
