The proposed design, the creation of a space that is community oriented and allows the residents and visitors to celebrate and flourish in the cultural diversity and exchange in a sense of belonging. This design also presents an opportunity for individuals to enjoy green points that are usually inaccessible. Integrating sustainable water, lighting systems and durable local materials will further ensure easy maintenance, durability and ultimately, environmental and community awareness.

the approach to the design is to take the building as it is currently situated and build off of it architectural features. The design will keep the main elements of the building while also enhance the capabilities of the building. The exterior of the building have these large beautiful glasses that help to promote sustainability but also help to bring in a natural light that allows people to still feel connected to the community. The interior beams will still be up and used to provide more architectural experience for the users.

This is a project currently being worked on for a couple that just moved back to the city. They would like a modern living space that works with some of the current pieces that they own and also introduce some new items to give the space and urban feel.
