ur language program offers students three different
levels of immersion to choose from: Basic,Intensive, and Super-Intensive. A maximum of 14students per class in our Core, Skills, and Workshop
classes allow students to receive the personalized
attention they need and the variety they desire.
On the first day of class, after selecting a program allstudents take a placement test. An exit test with a final
mark of 70% must be completed to pass to the next
level.

More independent students can choose to stay in a residence. Most of our residences are located between 10and 30 minutes from school.
This option is highly recommended for students whowant to optimize their learning through total
immersion and experience the Canadian way of life. Allhost families are carefully selected by our Homestay
Coordinator and inspected according to strictcriteria. The Homestay Coordinator will match you
with a family based on information provided on yourapplication form. You will receive information about
your host family a few weeks prior to arrival. Becauseour families are used to hosting internationa
students, they provide a welcoming environmenwhere you can choose the level of independence tha

reund Policy general guidelines1) To apply or a reund, students must submit a written reund request stating specifcally one or more valid reasons or the request.2) Ater a reund is granted students receive the reund payment back by check or bank transer, in the currency in which the tuition

B) Requests made after scheduled course start date:
I less than 30% o the total study period has been completed (when the reund request is submitted) A.L.I. will reund 50%o the unused tuition ees.
I more than 30% o the total study period has been completed no reund will be granted.
