Where in the world will you find
Reynobond® Aluminum Composite Material
(ACM) from Alcoa Cladding Systems?
You’ll discover it on the sun-drenched
beaches of Dubai. Or nestled in the blue hills
of Kentucky. Or towering above a crowded
street in Shanghai or Sao Paulo, Brazil.
You’ll even find it on such legendary land-
marks as the Eiffel Tower.
Architects, builders, designers, owners and
specifiers from around the world have
discovered that Reynobond composite panels
are the cladding material of choice.
Over the past decade, Reynobond ACM has
set the standard for quality and performance
in the cladding industry. Made of two strong
sheets of corrosion-resistant aluminum
permanently bonded to a thermoplastic core,
Reynobond is lightweight, yet exceptionally
strong. Its strength to weight ratio is nearly
double that of steel.
The panels fabricate easily to accommodate
the most challenging interior and exterior
design applications—from dramatic curves
and sharp angles to unique trapezoidal shapes.
So before you begin your next new design or
retro-fit project, we invite you to take a closer
look at Reynobond ACM—just one of the many
world-class architectural products from Alcoa
Cladding Systems.
We think you’ll find that nothing bonds better
with your imagination.
Reynobond.® The advantages of metal. The strength of Alcoa.
Alcoa’s philosophy of providing total solutions
is best illustrated by many of the innovative
products we offer: fire-resistant (FR) core
material, continuous coil paint systems,
architectural and specialty coatings and integrated
curtain wall systems.
We have enhanced our ACM manufacturing
facilities as well as our continuous coil paint
lines to serve our global market even more
efficiently.
Alcoa Cladding Systems provides a full range
of Design Assistance Services including
architectural detail manuals, samples,
fabrication instructions, certified test results
and engineering data.
And we are proud to have a global distributor and
fabricator network that shares our commitment
to quality.
Alcoa. A passion for quality.
Alcoa Cladding Systems is committed to
providing only the strongest, most innovative
architectural products.
Reynobond ACM is no exception. The quality
begins with our continuous manufacturing
process. This allows us to meticulously
control the tolerances, flatness and thickness
of each panel.
The bonding of the aluminum and core is
achieved by both chemical and mechanical
action, giving Reynobond extraordinary
bond integrity.
The result is that our panels are superior in
flatness and bond strength to many
competing materials, making them ideal for
creating smooth, monolithic surfaces that
virtually eliminate dimpling, buckling and
oil canning.

What makes Reynobond ACM the ideal
medium for discriminating architects,
designers and fabricators is its remarkable
formability. Available in a variety of
lengths, widths and thicknesses, Reynobond
can be easily formed into small radius
curves, reverse curves and angles.
Reynobond ACM can be roll-formed to
curved configurations for column covers,
architectural bullnoses, rounded edges,
building corners and other applications
requiring radius forming.
Other fabrication techniques include routing,
drilling, punching, shearing, brake-forming,
cutting, hot-air welding, bolting and riveting.
Shop forming opens up dramatic design
possibilities at relatively low cost using
common wood and metalworking tools.
Reynobond.
The shape of things to come.
From earth tones to metallics Reynobond
panels are available in so many vibrant
color and finish options. Continuous
coil application of a standard or custom
color assures color uniformity, consistency
and performance.
Our premium Colorweld® 300 finishes
feature 70% KYNAR 500®/HYLAR 5000®
polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resins for
outstanding color uniformity, UV fade
resistance and gloss retention.
The 2-coat DURAGLOSS® 5000 finishes
offer the best balance between high
performance and lower cost while still
providing excellent UV resistance and
overall performance.
DURAGLOSS® 3000 specialty finishes
come in bright, bold colors for canopies,
signage, columns, fascia, trim and accents
that are formulated for extended high
gloss retention.
A vast palette
of colors and finishes.

Reynobond Aluminum Composite Material
is as ideally suited for interior and specialty
applications as it is for exterior designs.
Available in a wide range of thicknesses and
sizes, Reynobond panels have been used
successfully throughout the world for such
applications as beam wraps, ceilings, interior
walls, partitions, elevators, fascia, clean
rooms, canopies, kiosks and signage.
You can depend on Reynobond for consistent
high quality, superior dimensional tolerance
control and bond strength. As you can see
from this gallery of innovative projects, the
creative possibilities of Reynobond have only
begun to be explored.
When we designed Reynobond panels, we
made sure they could take the heat. That’s
why they are also available with a fire-
resistant (FR) core that meets or exceeds
international building code requirements.
FR material has been proven no more toxic
than wood as evaluated by the University of
Pittsburgh Test Method in accordance with
New Code Provisions.
Safety. One of our core values.
