•  Evolution of the business model as a whole: documents and education.

•  Follow-up implementation in the network: S&S, LEAD, Structures evolution, financial models.

•  Customers validation: NPS and LDM assessment (responses rate and increment of scores).

•  Direct observation for knowledge management: 6 LCs as global pilots of the project (from @Argentina, @Colombia, @US, @Russia, @Turkey, @India).
