STAGES OF THE ILLNESS

CONTAGION: The person feels nothing

FIRST SIGNS OF INFECTION

The VIRUS can now be passed on

INFECTED PERSON feels well

It can stay like that for 2 to 7 years

SECOND PHASE :

THIRD PHASE : Weakness starts

Suddenly the virus begins to make a great number of copies of itself

Signs of chance illnesses appear

Periods of good health may alternate with bouts of poor health

ALL WHITE CELLS HAVE BEEN KILLED

BODY IS AT THE MERCY OF INFECTIONS
