• Complete the form clearly indicating your preferred home type & payment plan.

• Proceed to ARM Investment Centers or an accredited real estate agent.

• with your completed subscription form and deposit cheques

• Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to ARM Properties - ADIVA.

• If you have selected the mortgage payment option, please contact the ARM Investment Center to discuss mortgage arrangements.

• You will receive a receipt and Pre-sales Agreement on payment of your first installment.

• Upon completion of payment and construction, a Deed of Assignment will be issued.
