SKIN CANCER PREVENTION:

Seek the shade (especially during midday

hours)

Wear clothing that covers your arms and legs

Wear a hat and sunglasses that block both

UVA and UVB rays.

Avoid tanning and indoor tanning beds

Use sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher

every day (apply 1 oz to your body 30

minutes before going outside).
