ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
POLICY: Provide for a formal procedure for recognizing achievement of Divisions, Departments or special groups through the Achievement Award Program.
DEFINITION:Performance Management System: a management system designed to bring the entire organization to peak performance through setting and achievement of targets by individual members of the organization, and development of competencies.Organization: a functional unit of the company organization such as Division, Department or Task ForceLeader: an individual who manages a functional unit of an organization
DEFINITION:Target: Each organization of a Leader has a target to achieve every year which is referred to as the organizational target. Leader on the other hand under the Performance Management System has individual targets that are derived from organizational target. Additional individual targets of a leader may also be the subject of the Achievement Award.Project: a specific activity that will achieve the individual target of a leader. The accomplishment of this project is the intent of the Achievement Award.
Purpose:Section 1: CONCEPT OF ACHIEVEMENT AWARD The Achievement Award is a tool to be used by the Leader as an incentive to members of the Leaders Organization including members from other organization.Section 2: CULTURE OF EXCELLENCEThe Achievement Award is also a tool of management to recognize flexible and high performance personnel in the companys pursuit of excellence in all aspects of operation.
OBJECTIVE:Section 1: ACTIVATION OF ORGANIZATION The most important resource of our organization in the members. The achievement award is for the purpose of energizing all members of the organization.Section 2: STRONG ORGANIZATION FOR FUTURE CONDITIONS Changing business conditions in the future requires clear objectives and result-driven organization. This strong organization is characterized by high level achievement of targets.Section 3: IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY High achievement of Targets promotes productivity and quality of work.
COVERAGE:This program shall cover all employees of the company up to the rank of Division Manager
ACHIEVEMENT AWARDSection 1. DESIRED PROJECTThe PROJECT is devoted to and addresses the current annual targets of ORGANIZATION or individual TARGET.
Section 2: MEMBERSHIP AND PARTICIPATION
Section 4: PROJECT PRESENTATIONPROJECT presentation should require minimum documentation only, simple and easy to understand. Presentation of PROJECT is anytime upon recommendation of Treasurer or Resident Manager for Presidential Award, and Division Manager and above for Treasurer or Resident Manager Award.
