Academic Progress Program (APP)

Formally known as Collegiate Success Program—Academic Probation

(APP)

What is APP? Established by Faculty Senate in 2011 Provides Academic Coaching by GAs Encourages participation in workshops

dealing with academic success issues (test-taking skills, time management, study skills)

Only for First-Year and Sophomore students Excludes athletes and international Degree-seeking Encourages enrollment in Supplemental

Instruction (SI) courses
