About UsThe National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) was founded in 1997 as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization whose mission is to aid in the prevention of slips, trips-and-falls through education, research, and standards development. We are located in Southlake, Texas within minutes of DFW International Airport.
Our 5,000 square feet facility has three (3) available rental spaces. Each space includes beverage service (coffee, bottled water and assorted sodas). A list of recommended catering ideas and local hotels can be made available upon request.
Space #1 - Conference Room
The NFSI Conference Room can accommodate up to 12 individuals. This space does not have audio/visual capabilities. The square footage of this room is approximately 300 square feet. The daily rental for this space is $75.00
Space #2 – Small Training Room
Our Small Training room can accommodate up to 15 individuals with ergonomic seating. This space offers audio/visual capabilities included in the rental fee. The square footage of this room is 400. The daily rental for this space is $150.00
Space #3 – Large Training Room
Our Large Training room can accommodate 24-48 individuals depending on seating preferences. This space offers audio/visual capabilities included in the rental fee. The square footage of this room is approximately 770 square feet. The daily rental for this space is $300.00
