AASC Event Guide

• This guide walks you through how to login and attend the 2021 AASC Virtual Conference!

Logging In

• The next few slides will show you how to log in and set up your profile.

• Navigate to https://togethertowardstomorrow2021.org/community

NOTE* If you are unsure of the email you used to register, please contact AASC at info@servicecoordinator.org.

• Enter your registered email and default passcode: AASC2021Note* Upon login you will receive a personalized four-digit passcode via email but for ease we have created the above default passcode, and BOTH will work. If you are unsure of the email you used to register, please contact AASC at info@servicecoordinator.org.

• Complete your profile and select interests for matchmaking! (This feature will recommend users to connect with during the event.)

• After completing your profile, you will be taken to the platform lobby page. **Note you can always revisit some of these profile fields in your profile by clicking on your name in the top right of the dashboard, then selecting Edit Profile.

Adding Sessions to your Schedule

• In the next slides, you will see how to populate you’re "My Schedule" planner with the sessions you would like to attend!

• Navigate to the Agenda tab to see the event agenda. The agenda is broken down by date and stages. In this example we have chosen the 23rd of August and the "Keynote" stage.

• Find your session of interest and click on the White Schedule icon to "Add to My Schedule.“ Once this is added to your schedule it will turn Orange as depicted in the photo above.

• Click on "My schedule" to open and view your schedule.

• Your session will be saved to your Schedule. To see your schedule, navigate to the top right-hand corner of the event site and click on your name to access your profile.

• My schedule will show you which sessions you have added to your schedule, and you will receive a reminder as these sessions begin!
