Implications for policy/Practice • In practice: • The Ulu Lubai NPS case proved

that dedicated teachers, parents and local communities (regardless their SES) can lead to an effective collaboration

Implications for policy/Practice • And moral support

from parents, instead of financial support, can be a crucial part in facilitating school becoming an effective institution.

Conclusion

• Instead of having a higher SES, the great passion of parents and local communities to mould school children into knowledgeable individuals can be the crucial key in developing the best school-parents-local communities partnership.
