Day 1: Kuala Lumpur – Cameron Highlands
Depart in the morning to Cameron Highlands located at 1542 meters above sea level and
noted for its cool and refreshing natural environment. Next, drive towards the north to
visit a basket weaving cottage industry. These woven bamboo baskets are used to
transport farm produce to the market place. Continue your journey to Cameron
Highlands, at the foot of the mountain you will see Lata Iskandar Waterfall and a native
settlement. Observe the native lifestyle and see how blowpipe is used for hunting. On
arrival in Cameron Highlands, enjoy the cool crisp air of Cameron Highlands and the
wonderful scenery.
Tour in Cameron Highlands includes visit to the tea plantation, tea factory, market place
and butterfly farm.
Note: Tea factory is closed on Monday and public holidays.
Day 2: Cameron Highlands – Penang (B)
Set off to Penang in the morning after breakfast. Stop at the Royal Town of Kuala
Kangsar for a photo stop of the exterior view of the Ubudiah Mosque, the attractive
Iskandariah Palace and Istana Kenangan which was built without a single nail. Embark on
a river cruise amidst a rustic ambiance that is rich in history with live narration. Visit the
unique process of keris (dagger) making, a symbol for Malay Royalties and Dignitaries.
Learn the Malay culture and their way of life, see a demonstration of Tekat making,
where gold threads are intricately embroidered into velvet cushions. Lastly, visit the
Labu Sayong Center where unique shaped pots are made with deft hands mostly by the
women folk.
Cross one of the longest bridge in the world to Penang better known as the “Pearl of the
Orient”.

Day 3: Discovery Tour of Georgetown, Penang (B)
After breakfast, depart for a City, Culture and Heritage tour of Georgetown which has
been declared as a UNESCO site in 2008. Visit the 3rd longest reclining Buddha in the
world followed by Kek Lok Si Temple also known as Temple of 1000 Buddha. Next,
proceed to Fort Cornwallis, the landing site of Captain Francis Light in 1786. Visit the
water village of The Clan Jetties at Weld Quay and visit the intricate Khoo Kong Si Clan’s
house. Walk along Pitt Street also known as “The Street of Harmony”. Here churches,
Chinese temples, mosques and Hindu temples are built along the street. Enjoy a breezy

Every Wednesday (SIC)
trishaw ride, still a popular mode of transport in Georgetown. Return to hotel and the
rest of day at leisure. You may wish to explore the nightlife along Batu Ferringhi.
Day 4: Penang – Kota Bharu (B)
Travel overland across Peninsular Malaysia, en route, make a photo stop on Banding
Island with its scenic view of the famous Temenggor Lake and enjoy the scenery of the
calm picturesque lake surrounded by the dense tropical rainforest. Stop at the highest
mountain point of about 1050 meters above sea level for a breathtaking view of the
famous Titiwangsa mountain range. Continue to Kota Bharu, Kelantan for your overnight
stay.
Day 5: Kota Bharu – Kuala Terengganu (B)
Start the day with a visit to the famous and colorful wet market and the traditional
cottage industries such as silver handicraft, songket weaving and Wau (kite) making.
Thereafter, drive along the scenic coastline south towards Kuala Terengganu. See trained
monkey plucking coconuts before heading to the hotel.
Day 6: Terengganu (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Your tour will end here.
You have the option to extend your stay in the nearby island or head back to Kuala
Lumpur by domestic flight on your own expense.

8. It is passenger's responsibility to obtain valid visa/exit permit, cancellation and no-show fee will apply if
passengers are denied boarding.
9. Generally, hotel check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before noon.
